Kathmandu, June 18, 2025 :- Three community schools in Tarkeshwar Municipality, Ward No. 3, received educational and physical materials today, thanks to the financial support of Bibidha Aryal, a Nepali-American based in Texas, USA.
The schools—Jitpur Secondary School, Shri Kalikasharan Secondary School, and Nargharjun Thulagaun Secondary School—were provided with essential supplies, including educational materials, desks, chairs, smartboards, and speakers.
Despite being born in Tarkeshwar, Bibidha Aryal grew up in Texas, where her father, Bharat Aryal, a teacher, settled early. Inspired by her roots, she contributed to improving the quality of education in her birthplace. The donation program was attended by Ward Chairman Parshuram Aryal, senior citizens, social workers, school administrators, teachers, students, parents, and journalists.
Ward Chairman Aryal emphasized that such initiatives help enhance the quality of community schools. Bharat Aryal expressed his enduring love for his homeland and pledged further contributions in the future. Attendees praised the effort as a testament to the enduring responsibility Nepalis abroad feel toward their country.
The event highlighted the importance of continued support to uplift community education. Stakeholders agreed that collaborative efforts are essential to ensure quality education for all.
